Shandong Taipeng Nonwovens Co., Ltd, (Booth 1F30) located in Feicheng City, Shandong Province of China, was founded by Shandong Taipeng Group with assets of 150 million yuan (US$22.6 million). It specializes in producing PET spunbond nonwovens and is the largest manufacturer of PET filament spunbond nonwovens in China. The company currently has an annual capacity of 30,000 tons, and is certified with IS0 9001, IS0 14000 and OSHMS.

Taipeng Nonwoven has three PET spunbond production lines. Production from these lines is applied in landscaping, packaging & wrapping, laminating, printing, waterproofing and many other industrial markets.

Nonwovens from its bi-component PET spunbond line are applied in filtration, automotive interior components, fabric softener sheets, landscaping and fiber reinforced plastic.

Taipeng Nonwoven’s new SMS line was recently installed and produces three layers of nonwoven: PET/ PET/ PET and PET/PP/PET. Applications include: protective barrier material, protective apparel, graphics printing, mailing envelopes, industrial packaging, house wrapping, waterproofing and ventilating filtration.

Two needlepunch lines produce PET or PP nonwovens for automotive interiors, landscaping and base cloth for flooring.

Taipeng’s coating & laminating line produces PE/PP materials or aluminum laminated with PET nonwovens. The products are applied in isolation, packaging and functional film, among others.
