Pegas Nonwovens has changed its business name to PF Nonwovens at its latest general meeting of shareholders. The company's shareholders also approved the transfer of the company’s unconsolidated after-tax profit from 2017, amounting to €10.8 million.
The Czech-based nonwovens producer has had a transformative few months, having changed its ownership structure and announcing plans to acquire First Quality Nonwovens, giving it an instant manufacturing presence in the U.S. and China.
