Turkish hygiene component supplier Korozo has reached an agreement with the largest financial capital firm in Turkey, the Actera Group, to form a partnership. Under the terms of the partnership, Actera will support Korozo's business plan and help it expand its investments.
"With this development, we are taking a big step forward towards becoming a global leader in our sector," says Jeki MIzrahi, CEO. "In the long run, we will try to build a bigger and stronger business."
Korozo's management team and all personnel will remain unchanged following the close of the transaction.
Korozo supplies polyethylene film that is used in personal care packaging applications.
