“The members of Insulate America appreciate the top-quality products supplied by Johns Manville, but more importantly, they’re impressed by JM’s commitment to providing the highest level of service,” said David Beam, president and CEO of Insulate America. “The JM team is known for consistently listening to customers and proactively meeting their needs. We’re proud to have them as our partner and pleased to once again honor them with this award.”
Insulate America is a cooperative group of locally owned, independent insulation contractors who provide and install quality insulation and other building products for residential and commercial construction. It is the largest independent insulation contracting organization in the U.S. with 200 locations in 46 states. Representatives from each of the locations vote on the “Supplier of the Year” award.
“The entire JM team is committed to the success of the Insulate America network,” said Bob Wamboldt, senior vice president and general manager of Insulation Systems for JM. “The fact that we’ve received this honor four times tells me that our people renew that commitment every day. We’re humbled by this recognition, and we’re more motivated than ever to deliver positive and powerful JM Experiences to our customers.”
JM and Insulate America’s partnership extends more than 15 years. The two organizations partnered to create the annual “America’s Best Installer” competition, which highlights the importance of quality insulation installation and its impact on an energy-efficient, more comfortable home. Now in its 15th year, the competition allows top installers from across the country to showcase their skills in a fast-paced, head-to-head competition. Installers are judged on quality of workmanship, adherence to safety rules, speed and productivity. This year’s competition is slated for Oct. 12-14 in Denver.
