Founded in 1946 by German immigrants, Frankl & Thomas has constantly evolved along with North American textile markets. Emphasis is now on nonwovens and synthetic fiber production. Representing Nippon Nozzle since 1971, Frankl & Thomas has a complete line of products for spunlace; jet strips tube filters, injectors, filament spinnerettes and pack designs, meltblown dies and small lab melt and spunlace lines, inspection and ultrasonic cleaning equipment. A new plant in Kobe Japan is now operational and capable of producing spun bond and melt blown dies up to 6 meters in length. Other Frankl & Thomas products include Fourné vacuum pyrolysis ovens, wet and melt spinning lines, Lutz cutting blades, and Sanyo Seiki separator rolls, Bobotex roll coverings, Kluber lubricants and Strayfield radio frequency dryers.
