As the demand for air through bonded (ATB) nonwovens continues to increase in Asia, Refinno (Suzhou) Industrial System Co, Ltd has begun installation of two lines to one of the biggest ATB producers in Guangdong, China – Good Feeling Nonwovens Co. Ltd. Refinno is also working on the integration of two lines at Good Feeling Nonwovens that will utilize European carding machines.
These orders are in addition to another ATB line installed at RuiXing Nonwoven Co. Ltd at beginning of 2016, and another line order from the company which will be installed in early 2017.
Refinno lines can produce a range of basis weight from 18 gsm to 60 gsm, allowing customers to produce competitive topsheets as well as acquisition layers.
Refinno is also in cooperating with a leading European equipment producer to provide high speed ATB lines for producers in the area.
All of the above equipment can utilize a variety of fibers, such as PE/PP, PE/PET and PLA, in solid and BICO products.
Reading Tsang, CEO of Refinno, comments: “We want to be identified in the market as a professional nonwoven equipment supplier focusing on providing high efficiency and extremely low energy consumption ATB equipment to meet the fast ATB capacity demand in the Far East at a competitive cost.”
