At the World of Wipes (WOW) conference, Shemesh Automation Wet Wipes, a leading global manufacturer of packaging machinery and official sponsor of the event, will present its latest generation of fully automated packaging lines for wet wipes. Designed to address key production challenges such as manual intervention and line disruptions, these turnkey systems offer a seamless, end-to-end solution that optimizes performance, consistency, and output.
With all steps of the packaging process fully integrated, from nonwoven roll loading and stuffing to liquid filling, sealing, capping, labeling, bundling, and case packing, Shemesh’s high-speed lines are engineered to operate as a continuous, fully synchronized unit. Each module is servo-driven and connected to a centralized control system, allowing for uninterrupted flow and maximum process efficiency.
This approach to automation delivers substantial benefits. By eliminating manual tasks between stations, the lines maintain continuous operation and achieve higher throughput. Labor dependency is significantly reduced, lowering operational costs and minimizing the risk of human error. The result is consistently high-quality output with precise stuffing, filling, and capping at every cycle. Waste is minimized, resource use is optimized, and overall production efficiency increases. In turn, manufacturers benefit from improved profitability through faster returns on investment and increased hourly output. Use this link to get a teaser
Among the technologies presented at WOW 2025 will be the BuckIt-TKS25, Shemesh’s complete high-speed packaging line for wet wipes in buckets. The line includes continuous denesting systems for buckets and lids using servo-driven vertical carousel cartridges. At the core of the process is the SAS120, a high-precision stuffer capable of inserting nonwoven rolls up to 260 mm tall and 240 mm in diameter. The system also features the Carolus bucket labeler, a patented device that lifts handles automatically and applies labels with exact orientation, ensuring consistent visual presentation across every unit.
In parallel, Shemesh’s fully automated canister lines cover all required stages: canister denesting, roll stuffing, filling, foil cutting and conduction sealing, cap placement and tightening, labeling, bundling, and case packing. Thanks to their modular architecture and centralized line control, all components operate in perfect synchronization, ensuring stable, hands-free, and highly productive operation.
Citadel Series: The Gold Standard for Dry and Wet Wipes Baggers Without Compromise
In the flexible packaging segment, Shemesh will highlight its Citadel Series, which offers automated monoblock solutions for wet wipes in bags. The Citadel R model is designed for standard consumer refill bags, while the Citadel J is tailored for larger, jumbo-sized roll in bag. New for 2025, Shemesh introduces Citadel A, a dual-format solution capable of handling both standard and jumbo Bag packs on a single platform - an ideal solution for contract manufacturers and brands managing diverse product formats.
Each Citadel unit is servo-driven and achieves speeds of up to 25 packs per minute. All models include integrated roll and bag feeding, stuffing, filling, sealing, capping, labeling, full qc, and reject management systems. Format changes are quick and tool-free, allowing manufacturers to respond rapidly to market demands without compromising productivity.Use this link to get a teaser
BundIt: Completing the Line with Automated Multipacking
For end-of-line packaging, Shemesh will feature BundIt, an automatic stacker and bundler designed to consolidate flow packs into ready-to-ship multipacks. BundIt automates a step that is often still performed manually, thereby further reducing labor requirements and increasing throughput, especially in high-volume environments.
