IMA Group to Launch Personal Care Packaging Machine at IDEA

IMA Group, a global leader in packaging equipment, will attend the IDEA 2025 exhibition with its Tissue&Nonwoven Hub, an alliance of specialized companies with a long-standing expertise in delivering complete lines for the Tissue & Nonwoven sector. Among the developments planned for IMA Group is the  launch of the W-PACK, the NEW IMA TMC’s machine revolutionizing personal care packaging by wrapping feminine care and light incontinence products instead of using pre-formed bags, reducing material consumption and enabling paper-based packaging without affecting the speed of the line. This high-speed machine cuts packaging materials use by up to 25% while achieving 200 cycles per minute, ensuring efficiency, sustainability and seamless integration into production lines. Visitors can experience firsthand how W-PACK can optimize their packaging processes.

IMA Teknoweb’s will also showcase its converting and packaging technologies dedicated to the disposable hygiene and wipes industry, with an eye toward the latest market trends such as absorbent mats, cosmetic face masks, bathing mitt and gloves, floor mops. High-speed solutions for wet and dry wipes, absorbent hygiene products (AHP) and personal protection equipment (PPE) deliver the finest quality and the outmost manufacturing experience.
