At IDEA19 Fameccanica will introduce the enhanced capabilities of Fameccanica North America in relation to design and manufacturing management, after sales service, upgrading kits supply, spare parts in consignment stock and technical assistance, consolidating the goal to be closer to the Customers with a quick response to their needs and the same quality on which Fameccanica built its reputation.
In terms of new machinery achievements, the company introduce the high speed - up to 900 ppm - baby pant machine FA-X P10X, having the top performance level among our baby pant converters. The technological content is reflected in MHR Ultrasonic multi-up side sealing and the waist pitch compensation unit, that eliminates the need of hardware changes among the different configuration sizes. Also, MHR sealing quality is the highest we ever reached with strong, soft and very narrow bonding.
Fameccanica will also introduce baby diaper model FA-X P12, a premium class machine with increased production speed up to 1200 ppm, and FA-X E8, a medium class diaper machine, running at 800 ppm, with a very interesting and competitive quality/price ratio, capable to manufacture the very same product of the premium machine at a much more affordable price. No product and technology compromise, only design optimization to meet market requirements.
In the light light inco space, Fameccanica will introduce FNL P15 L.I., with a production speed of 1500 ppm, a premium class machine that can assemble products having highly complex structures. A new line up addition is also FNL E15 lady sanitary napkin machine, performing at 1500 ppm, characterized by a linear process that allows the management of multiple product features, whilst a new machine set up for FNL E12 has been introduced to manufacture products that can reach a length of 430 mm, to meet the specific demand of the Asian market.
With regard to digitalization, Fameccanica will have a wide area of the booth entirely dedicated to illustrate its "digital journey." Fameccanica is proud to provide its expertise to increase the performance and improve the management of the Customers' machinery, through the use of IoT technologies and software tools: digital apps for changeover optimization, production monitoring (Easy Life), raw material consumption control. There will be a digital documentation simulator, for the interactive 3D navigation on a machinery module, to show visitors how they can reach a more effective operating and maintenance of their equipment. We will also give the chance to travel across a machine whilst comfortably sitting in an armchair, with the aid of a 360° video and special viewers, and it will be just like watching a real machine.
