Sonobond’s SeamMaster Modules are innovative tools for Original Equipment Manufacturers in the textile industry. They facilitate seaming, slitting, crosscutting, and trimming capabilities and can be integrated into special-purpose production line equipment for filter assembly.
Like all machines in the SeamMaster line, the Modules feature a rotary ultrasonic system and wheel for results that are superior to those provided by stationary sonic methods. Single, dual, or multi- head arrangements are available in addition to a variety of easy-to-change pattern wheels—including a special fixture for seaming pleated filters.
SeamMaster Modules provide trouble-free continuous action and include the motor drive for the sonics and the pattern wheel. They can bond fabrics that are 100% synthetic, as well as blends that have up to 40% natural fibers.
