Innopolymed Company, a joint venture between IRPC Public Company of Thailand and Innobic Company, will be dissolved by the end of the year. The joint venture, which was established in 2022, makes 5600 tons of spunbond and meltblown nonwovens per year. The material made through the joint venture targets applications such as air filters, water purification filters, masks and medical gowns.
Innobic parent company PTT informed the Thailand stock exchange in June that it would dissolve the venture as part of its company-wide restructuring efforts.
The joint venture's equity ratio is 60% for IRPC Public Company and 40% for Innobic Company.
