Vivos Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Emprise Group Inc, announced that it will combine operations with Nice-Pak Products, creating one of the world's largest solutions partners supporting brand owners and retailers with healthful living products.

Today, the company employs over 1500 people in the U.S. and Europe.
