According to a report from the Chinese Household Paper Industry Association (CNHPIA), Xinjiang Kaiwo Technology Co., Ltd. launched its high-performance spunmelt nonwovens project during the final days of 2024. The facility, located in Northwest China, houses a Reifenhäuser RF5 spunmelt nonwovens production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons. The production line is capable of manufacturing ultrafine denier and ultra-lightweight spunmelt nonwovens, which will primarily be exported to Central Asia and used in the manufacturing of baby diapers.
