Ahlstrom reported a strong performance in the third quarter of 2022, supported by successful transformation related commercial and operational excellence initiatives. Ahlstrom’s net sales in the quarter increased by 29.3% to €867.1 million ($895 million). At constant currency rates the increase was 20.7%, driven by higher selling prices.
In the third quarter Filtration net sales were €159.7 million ($164.8 million); Food & Consumer Packaging net sales were €387.8 million ($400.2 million); Healthcare net sales were €45.1 million ($46.5 million), Building Materials net sales were €87.2 million ($90 million); and Technical Materials net sales were €170 million ($175.5 million).
