Elsner has launched three new programs: The Elsner Tech Center, The Elsner Certified Program and Elsner IIot. All three programs have been developed with the goal of helping its customers optimize their manufacturing processes.
“We are longstanding experts in the converting machinery industry and our focus has always been on initiatives that have a direct impact on increasing our customers’ productivity,” says Bert Elsner II, CEO of Elsner. “We have decades of experience in what works and what doesn’t when it comes to our machinery and we realized that providing opportunities for research and development and material testing is something we need to provide in the marketplace.”
The Elsner Tech Center will focus on four key areas: Process Optimization, Technical Training, Research & Development and Material Testing which includes the new Elsner Certified Program. The Elsner Certified Program determines material runability on its Elsner G3 and ENR 1000, removing upfront testing, helping customers save time and money.
“Opening the Tech Center made a lot of sense to us,” comments Elsner. “We see customers struggle to make time for training and testing on their production equipment. Having this resource available allows us to help them get out from under their production constraints and focus on learning and running the machine.”
The Elsner IIoT program is designed to help customers maximize their asset utilization. Monitoring machinery remotely, receiving valuable production data and providing support content such as how-to videos and preventive maintenance notifications are some of the benefits our ENR-1000 and G3 customers are experiencing with ELSNER IIoT. The goal of ELSNER IIoT is to make the converter’s life easier and more profitable.
“In the end, it comes down to data and measurable results. Elsner IIoT is a vehicle to ensure our customers have visibility into machine health and production trends for better profitability,” explains Elsner.
