Elsner Engineering Works has reached an agreement with Gritzbach Consult to provide European-based sales representation.The consultancy is led by Michael Gritzbach, a solid veteran of the hygiene and medical equipment market and a certified mechanical engineer.
“We’ve used different support models throughout our history and from listening to our customers we have found that the key is having someone they can call who is in the same time zone and speaks their language,” states Elsner President/CEO Bert Elsner, II.
The combination of Gritzbach Consult support with technical service from Gevas Packaging Technologies means Elsner continues to respond to customer needs and remains committed to serving the EU market. Gritzbach and Gevas are both located in Germany, resulting in highly-qualified, European support whenever needed.
