AFC, a manufacturer of high temperature and non-stick composites, has introduced its latest innovation to the high loft nonwoven market.
DuraFlow 27-35 was specifically designed for the processing of bonded fibers. This belting is comprised of PTFE-coated fiberglass mesh, which combines durability, breathability, and clean release properties in high temperature ovens. Key performance features include small window openings of only 2 mm (or 5/64 in.) to prevent fiber entanglement, dimensional stability up to 200” wide, and a custom seam to ensure consistent performance across the belt.
The AFC team is committed to increasing belt life and reducing downtime for high loft nonwoven manufacturers.
