Elsner Engineering Works announced that Oliver Hoar has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
Hoar, former president of R.H. Sheppard Co., most recently facilitated the acquisition of R.H. Sheppard by WABCO Holdings. As the manufacturer of leading steering technologies for commercial vehicles, R.H. Sheppard was a perfect, complementary fit for WABCO, a global supplier of technologies and services that improve safety, efficiency and connectivity to commercial vehicles. Hoar’s extensive, 14-year background in business and manufacturing at R.H. Sheppard makes him a great addition to Elsner’s Board, the company says.
