Almost every person who menstruates has experienced an unexpected need for menstrual care supplies away from home. In fact, 86% of people Hospeco surveyed report that they’ve started their periods unexpectedly in public without the supplies they needed.
“The bathroom equality movement is real and these products should be as readily available as toilet paper and just as free,” says Bill Hemann, Hospeco vice president of sales and marketing. “We hope the new microsite will continue the conversation about this important issue. It’s time for public restrooms to evolve into the 21st century. It shouldn’t have taken this long.”
