THINX Inc., the innovative period and incontinence underwear company, has appointed Maria Molland Selby as CEO, effective July 31. Selby will focus on building the company's global presence, driving its omni-channel strategy, and elevating THINX and Icon to be leading forces in the menstruation and incontinence industries. Additionally, Selby will lead the implementation of new company policies and processes.

Selby has over 21 years of experience in development and management of e-commerce, digital media, and technology businesses, and brings strong international business and company growth experience to THINX. Selby has previously held leadership roles at companies such as Splacer, Fab.com, Thomson Reuters, Dow Jones, Yahoo!, and Walt Disney Internet Group.
