Jacob Holm Group, an industry leader for innovative, high quality, spunlaced nonwoven fabrics, will attend ANEX 2015 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center next month. Its booth, N80, will have representatives showcasing both the Jacob Holm and Sontara product portfolios, and attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the evolution of both brands and their new, innovative products and technologies.
“Our Sontara brand products are widely used throughout Asia, and ANEX provides an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our expanded Jacob Holm portfolio. The Asian nonwoven market is an important growth market for the Jacob Holm Group, and this exhibition is a great platform to build new business ideas, solidify our existing customer relationships in the region and to discover new partnership opportunities,” says Martin Mikkelsen, CEO of Jacob Holm Group.
Swiss-based Jacob Holm purchased the Sontara brand of spunlaced nonwovens from DuPont last year in a deal that included manufacturing assets in Tennessee and Spain. The company also makes spunlaced nonwovens in France, Germany and North Carolina, where it is currently underway with a reported $65 million investment.
