Americo is a leading producer of floor pads, cleaning accessories, OEM specialty nonwovens and floor matting. The Fibrix Filtration and Americo brands will be held under the newly renamed holding company, Clean Solutions Group, led by Keith White as president and chief executive officer.
In other news, global manufacturer of nonwovens and wet wipes The Albaad Group has announced its investment of roughly $67.8 million to expand its environmentally-friendly nonwoven production line. The company will produce a sustainable fabric made entirely of biodegradable, fully-flushable, plastic-free and natural fibers slated for a 2023 launch. The move is in-line with the company’s ongoing commitment to its sustainability strategy.
