An absorbent article comprising: a first waist region, a second waist region and a crotch region disposed between the first waist region and the second waist region; a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet; and a laminate comprising an elasticized region and being disposed in an ear or a waist feature disposed in one of the first waist region or the second waist region; wherein the laminate further comprises: a first nonwoven, a second nonwoven, and a pre-activated elastomeric material sandwiched between the first nonwoven and the second nonwoven in the elasticized region; a bonding region comprising a plurality of discrete bonds and a bond density of at least 3%, wherein the bonding region at least partially overlaps the elastomeric material; and wherein the bonding region at least partially overlaps a dead zone.
