Parsippany, NJ-based Catbridge Machinery has introduced the highly versatile Duplex Winder. The system is capable of rewinding up to 24-inch diameter rolls, in widths of 30 to 120 inches. The model 729 also offers the widest range of slitting options, including razor, score, shear, burst and hot knife. The machinery can readily accommodate the processing of both narrow and wide width materials in gap or true center/surface winding mode configurations. The model 729 is assembled on a common base for ease of installation.       The Model 729 also comes equipped with a host of features, highlighted by the automated knife placement system, remote support capability, full tension and recipe control.
