September 25, 2012

After six years, Brian Taylorson retired from Fiberweb’s board as non-executive director at the end of August. Taylorson’s retirement is part of the board’s plan to refresh the board and to comply with the U.K. Corporate Governance Code in relation to the independence of its non-executive directors. Andrew Hosty will replace Taylorson in the position. He will be a member of the company’s nomination, remuneration and audit committees.
