Domtar sales up

Domtar Corporation, the new owner of Attends adult incontinence products, reported net earnings of $61 million during the third quarter, compared to $117 million the year before. Sales were $1.4 billion.

With its roots in the pulp and paper industries, Domtar has more recently diversified into the adult incontinence market through the acquisition of Attends, first in North America in August and in Europe in January.
