Paper Converting Machine Company has  promoted Dave Kessenich to product development manager. “Mr. Kessenich has been selected because of his leadership experience and capabilities,” said global sales director Mark Gillis, who recently assumed expanded responsibility as global sales director for both the nonwovens converting and the printing, coating and laminating divisions.
