Thermal Bonded Airlaid Line

This complete line for thermal bonded airlaid felts is composed of the LaRoche Airlay feeding the new Strahm HiPer Therm oven. The line includes slitting, winding, stacking, packing and powder scattering equipment. With a weight range from 300 to 4000 gpsm, this new technology is dedicated to products such as mattresses, furniture felts and mats of natural or recycled fibers. The two lines are currently available in the LaRoche showroom, enabling customers to develop new products and test the full potential of the LaRoche-Asselin or the LaRoche-Strahm lines.
