SAP Recovery System

August 17, 2005

The new SAP Only Recovery System from Osprey uses a three-stage process to reclaim valuable SAP. Soft disposable products are first loaded into an infeed unit. The size of this material is then size reduced and discharged automatically into the recovery section of the system. Once separated from cellulose and nonwoven, SAP is de-dusted and transferred to a loading station. This innovation allows manufacturers to maximize their short-term return on investment utilizing materials already purchased.
