Jim Kaboski has joined Pliant Corporation as vice president, strategy and business development. Mr. Kaboski will be responsible for leading the development of Pliant's long-term marketing, product and business plans. Specifically, he will drive growth and profitability strategies by focusing the company's business models, innovation plans, target markets and ideal cost structure.
