A porous plastic film produced from a raw material blend was patented. The blend includes a basic material and an additive. A plurality of pores are arranged in the structure of the plastic film. The pores are produced by stretching a preform made from the raw material blend and an electrical charge. The additive comprises a POS(S) chemical, at least part of which is in agglomerates. Each agglomerate has a diameter in a range of 1 μm to 5 μm.
