Patented is a seamless absorbent garment, washable and reusable for retention of body fluids when worn on a person’s lower body part. The garment comprises a crotch portion with a pocket, which has a closed end and an open end that is adapted for receiving a removable absorbent pad in a space defined by the pocket. A washable absorbent composite is incorporated on one side while a barrier film is located on another side. A body portion with a waist opening is seamless except where attached to the crotch portion. The absorbent core is a polyester/rayon nonwoven blend with an silver ion antimicrobial fiber.
