Patented is a heat-shrinkable polyester film comprising a polyester base film and a coat layer formed on one or both sides of the polyester base film. The coat layer comprises a copolymerized polyester having carboxyl group terminals and Tg in the range of 70 to 80° C., and is formed in an amount ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 g/m2 on the base film surface.
