A textile article with flame resistant properties was patented. The article features inherently flame resistant fibers formed into a fabric and a finish on the inherently flame resistant fibers of the fabric. The finish imparts a property selected from the group consisting of one or more of an antimicrobial agent, a soil repellant and a fluid repellant.
