Disposable Waste Containment Garment

A disposable waste containment article has been patented. The article comprises a waste containment structure with a backsheet and an absorbent core and a pair of liquid-pervious containment flaps joined to the structure where the thickness when wet is less than 0.9 cm. The containment flaps comprise an apertured material where the apertures have a density of 10 cm and a diameter of 0.125 cm.
