The Process Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (PEMA) Nominating Committee selected Robert Bunting, president and CEO Bunting, to serve as interim treasurer until March 1, 2024. The board of directors approved the nomination unanimously, and Bunting will fulfill the treasurer role until March 1, 2024, along with continued fiduciary duties as a member of the board. He has been nominated for the position of vice president to be voted upon by all PEMA members on March 1.
Robert strives to be actively involved in industry associations having served in multiple positions in PEMA. Bunting®, a company that bears his family’s name. was founded in 1959 by Walter Bunting in Chicago, IL and is one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of magnetic separators, metal detectors, materials handling, magnetic printing cylinders, magnets, magnet assemblies and magnetizing equipment.
