The State of New York recently passed The Menstrual Products Right to Know Act, a groundbreaking law requiring the labeling of ingredients in menstrual products on packages. This state law is the first of its kind in the U.S. and will impact both product manufacturers as well as companies throughout the supply chain.
On Tuesday, Dec. 17, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. EST, the Center for Baby and Adult Hygiene Products will host a webinar, Strategies for Compliance with the NY Menstrual Products Right to Know Act. In this webinar, Jane Wishneff, executive director, Center for Baby and Adult Hygiene Products, and Mark Duvall, principal, Beveridge and Diamond, will provide an overview of the law’s requirements and discuss strategies for compliance, as well as insight into policy trends and increased NGO focus on femcare product ingredients.
