Daio, Tokushu Tokai form partnership

Business relations will focus on disposable diapers.

In news initially reported by Jiji Press Japanese paper companies Daio Paper Corporation and Tokushu Tokai Paper Co. said that they would acquire a 3% stake in each other by the end of the month, an agreement designed to boost their cooperation in the development of disposable diapers. Daio is the fourth-largest paper manufacturer and Tokushu Tokai is a major producer of specialty paper.
