Fibertex Nonwovens raises prices

By Karen Bitz | March 8, 2012

Prices to go up 10% in April.

Fibertex Nonwovens is increasing prices in response to higher raw materials. The 10% price levy on polypropylene-based products is effective April 1.

Executives said higher prices are mainly related to very high oil prices due to the unstable supply situation as well as an imbalance between supply and demand on polypropylene.
