Andritz buys Asselin-Thibeau

Together with Kusters, Perfojet, group will form third leg of nonwovens unit.

Machinery supplier Andritz has purchased Asselin-Thibeau from NSC. Moving forward Asselin-Thibeau's business activities will be known as Andritz Asselin-Thibeau. Together with Andritz's existing nonwovens businesses, Andritz Kusters and Andritz Perfojet, the acquired business will be part of the group's nonwovens platform. Together these companies will pool their experience and know-how to optimize existing technologies and achieve the best process results.

Moving forward, executives expect there to be no changes in Asselin-Thibeau's business relationships. All orders will be fulfilled according to contractual obligations and agreements.
