Core Systems International has acquired intellectual property and related assets from CorTechnologies, a division of Seidel Enterprises in Easton, PA. Included in the deal is CorTechnologies' full line of core cutters, core handling, core printers and custom machinery as well as trade secrets and proprietary engineered designs.
CorTechnologies has been a global leader in core cutting and core handling equipment since 1980.
"The CorTechnologies product line allows us to offer an even broader range of engineered solutions," James Skelding, president of Core Systems. "The very popular CM series will complement Core Systems very well. We are now the largest manufacturer that can offer both a mandrel-based and a surface-driven machine for cutting cores, in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic mode.”
