Catbridge Machinery Features Plug and Play Meltblown Line

Catbridge Machinery has developed a compact "plug and play" meltblown line and a larger multi-die system with impressive throughput numbers. Both lines feature a new meltblown die tip design for extremely precise laydown control, producing very fine high-performance fibers.

The lines are optimized for excellent performance with metallocene resins as well as conventional Z-N based polypropylene.

A fully functional lab line is running at its Parsippany, NJ headquarters and is available for customer trials. The companyshowcased its new products, showed customers how to optimize existing processes and discussed the advantages of its advanced meltblown/BMF lines.
