NDC Infrared Engineering Taps Schartner

NDC Infrared Engineering has appointed Robert Schartner as North America field operations manager. Based on the East Coast, Mr. Schartner’s responsibilities will involve both the applications and service areas ensuring that the quality and standard of customer care is at its highest.

Mr. Schartner’s initial focus will be on the continuing development of the Advanced Applications Services program. This program offers measurement and control optimization, process audits, advanced training for process managers, engineers and technicians as well as live remote on-line diagnostics.

Prior to joining NDC, Mr. Schartner was responsible for field operations for North and South America at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He was also regional sales and service manager for LFE Eurotherm Gauging Systems.
