New Structure Will Lead to New Positions

Ahlstrom is changing its operational model effective July 1 to better reflect value-added and operational excellence business clusters. The new organizational model will include five business areas and require several changes in Ahlstrom's executive management team.

Patrick Jeambar was appointed executive vice president, Label & Processing Business Area. Daniele Borlatto assumes a new role as vice president, Release & Label business, reporting to Patrick Jeambar. Gustav Adlercreutz has been appointed vice president, legal affairs and general counsel. He reports to CFO Seppo Parvi.

In order to enhance the development of its global supply chain, Ahlstrom will establish a new position of executive vice president, supply chain, which will be filled in due course.
