Leadership Changes at Nordson Dispensing Systems Group

Nordson Corporation announced a number of planned changes to the leadership of its Adhesive Dispensing Systems Group, based in Duluth GA, effective April 5.

George Porter, currently manager, market development and key accounts at Nordson, will be promoted to vice president, North American Adhesives Sales and Service, reporting to Peter Lambert, senior vice president, Adhesive Dispensing system David Titone, director of sales for Nordson EFD, East Providence, RI, will relocate to the Atlanta area and assume the position of director, business development and sales operations, reporting to Mr. Porter. Mr. Titone will be responsible for all customer sales, technical service and inside sales. He will also lead Nordson’s market development team.

John Schnarr, currently general manager at Nordson Canada Ltd., will be promoted to director, strategic marketing, relocating to the Atlanta area and reporting directly to Mr. Lambert. He will be responsible for the global market and product directions of Nordson’s adhesive business.

In addition, Alan Ramspeck, currently product line manager will be promoted to manager, product management, reporting to Jim DeVries, vice president, Adhesive Dispensing Systems."These key appointments will help us continue to grow and optimize our adhesive dispensing systems business, both in North America and globally," said Mr. Lambert. "George, David, John and Alan have a combined 60-plus years of Nordson experience. Each brings unique intra-company expertise and adhesives dispensing knowledge to their new roles. The management changes we are announcing today will allow us to capitalize on the opportunities we see in the market and build on our leadership position."
