February 1, 2010

Cera Engineering is introducing the Cera UltraSonic welding machine. The company claims the machine is compact, easy to handle, and reliable. The Cera UltraSonic provides the opportunity to weld on an eight millimeters surface at a maximum speed of 20 meters per minute on a continuous and linear basis. The welding wheel and the ultrasonic head are both rotating on a parallel axis to ensure a perfect sliding of the fabric in between the wheel and the horn.
