Japan Vilene announced sales for fiscal 2008. For the period from April, 2008 to March 2009, sales volume dipped 14.9% compared with the previous fiscal year to $524 million. The clothing/medical materials category totaled $110 million. The industrial materials category came to $91 million. The automotive materials segment accounted for $225 million. Air conditioning materials reached $84 million.
