NDC Infrared Engineering, a supplier of on-line measurement and control systems, has appointed Danut Dragoi senior scientist. Dr. Dragoi will help lead the effort in the area of sensors with a focus on new technologies for improving precision and accuracy. His expertise in physics, material science and characterization will play a key role in meeting today’s application challenges and maintaining NDC’s leadership position.

Prior to joining NDC, Dr. Dragoi was a professor at California Institute of Technology teaching Material Science. He was also a Post Doctoral Fellow at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena working on the Life on Mars project.
