Pegas CEO Resigns

Rezac to fill post vacated by Bogdan.

Pegas Nonwovens' CEO Milos Bogdan has resigned due to personal reasons, effective immediately. In his wake, the duties of CEO will be assumed by František Řezáč, executive director and member of the board in addition to his current position of commercial director. Mr. Řezáč joined the company in 1996 and was promoted to commercial director in 2004. He was appointed an executive director of the company in November 2006.

Mr. Bogdan served as a board member of Pegas from November 2006 and worked for the company in various positions since 1995.
