Fibertex CEO Resigns

Michael Meulengracht seeks new opportunities.

Michael Meulengracht has resigned as CEO of Fibertex effective December 31, 2007. In his absence, the day-to-day management of Fibertex will be handled by  Mikael Staal Axelsen, general manager, Jørgen Bech Madsen, general manager, and Ole Houmann, CFO, who will report to Jens Bjerg Sørensen, CEO of Schouw & Co., Fibertex’s parent company.
   
Mr. Meulengracht took over as CEO in early 2007 following the retirement of Knud Waede Hansen.
